Edit car size?

Hello Ugbase members, I want to ask if its possible to edit car size for san andreas? Because I found some car mods that I like, but while im ingame those cars look small, so I would like to make it a bit bigger. I hope that there is some program for that, im not an expert to find those kind of stuff  :sadpepe:

3dsMax with kam's dff script, i used it to resize weapons models.
Otherwise by scripting/coding and messing with vehicles matrices.
