CLEO Help error with sampfunctions 2.6

hello, so i got problem with SAMPFUNCS v2.6 when i run the game i crash
i installed "SF 2.6 SAMPFUNCTIONS 2.6 ON" < which is crasher on foot i found it here
but i get crash with SAMPFUNCS look to these images

be side i get these errors with fugga cheat too
please help

my samp r1
my cleo 4.x.x.x < idk but its the latest stable version
installed 25ghz project but i get same errors on all s0biets

please help me !

Omfg You are using Windows xp??
If you use go download sampfunctions because the sampfunctions 2.6 are compatible with Windows Vista/7/8 only.
If you are using the safe mode it will not work too.

its look like win xp but no i changed the theme for performance
