how to open samp twice ?

1-Actually you can't open samp twise
but there is a app called SandBoxie you can open 2 samp but if you wanna open more then 1 gta sa i recommend you to use these files i attach it for you just extract them to your Gta Sa Folder

Open samp connect to a server
and do it again and you can open unlimited gta sa

Ofcourse but sampfuncs +4.0 is old i attach sampfuncs 5 but i recommend to use the fixes file it's better

i already changed the ini to true

INSTALLATION
Open the Rar And Extract the sampfuncs folder to your gta sa and delete the old sampfuncs(if you have)
