CLEO Help I need immediatly HELP!Please!

Hello!

I need immediatly HELP.I just reinstalled my GTA:SA and I want to know how to install CLEO (where to install,download link) so I can use PingPoint (<!-- l topic4263.html<!-- l ) ,I dont know how to install it,I've tried everything and I couldnt get it working,so I reinstalled GTA:SA and now I am waiting for someone to give me some tutorial step by step so I will know how to do it.Here is my laptops specification:

I got DirectX 9.0 and latest Framework
