bullet crasher seemed got patched already but yesterday i saw one player joined in NGRP he went into mall and we all got crashed. What was that thing called?

as if people are going to share their working crashers, the main reason why they get patched is because they get shared and people just go mental with them and scriptors can then issue an easy patch. Such as that time when someone released a server crash that fucked up 90% of samp servers for atleast an hour, it got patched so damn fast.
