Actually what everyone expected. Onfoot crasher at cleo. It is not yet fixed on all servers - so have time to use it.
Requires sampfuncs 2.6! its in the attachements

management:
Type "/crasher" in chat menu and press enter
Wait for about a minute, incidentally you can click RMB to show up the "triangle" on the player (not required, but the other did not try)
Every one will be freeze near of you.

Well, this is not actually make player crash(timeout). It's just make another player screen get freezed and u need ctrl + alt + delt to fix this. And it's work like a charm, u need to wait 20-30 sec and see what happens.
