Night and thermal vision for camera

Does anybody know if this mod already exist?
I tried to make a request but i dont know why ''i dont have sufficient permissions'' for that.

lol that was faster than what i expected
there is any key to switch/turn?

/Ton - Turn on termal vision.
/Toff - Turn off termal vision.
/Non - Turn on night vision.
/Noff - Turn off night vision.

PS: If you open the cleo with Sanny Builder, you will know -and could change- the way to active and desactive it.
