Just use a VPN ?
If its the ip thats banned..

If its your username, just change name

Just restart your router but, BUT only if your IP is dynamic and then change your name

I think its not a IP ban ( samp client I'd stuff he said) and as far as I know samp isn't using any ids/keys. Only thing I know is banning the system username, so if yoursystem account is like "Administrator" change it to something else, or try to change your samp nickname
