SAMFUNCS NOT WORK IN WINDOWS 8.1

Hello, I have a problem with Sampfuncs on my Windows 8.1 Pro 64-bit. I installed Directx 9.0 but it still doesn't work. maybe anyone has the same problem and has already fixed it?

I am using Cleo 4, Samfuncs v5.4.1, ASI Loader, and SAMP 0.3.7 R1

I have tried run as admin and I have also tried in some compatible systems such as Windows Me / 98, Windows 7 and 8 but still.
i also disable uac, but still.
