sfuncs supports only SA:MP R1, does this mean it also only supports R1 servers? Seems like every time I send a packet to a R2 server it becomes invalidated? Anyone has any ideas?

No that doesn't mean it only supports R1 servers. You can just use 0.3.7 R1 to fuck around with RakNet on R2 servers.
