Change

0B34: samp register_client_command ".spec" to_label @SPEC

".spec" to whatever you want, source is included so you just need to copy/paste in sanny builder and compile.

Player has to be in proximity. Because only players in certain range away from you are streamed it - shown, share data to you.

There is supposed to be SF data file. Download from elsewhere, perhaps - www.blasthack.net
