CLEO Help ultimate server lagger? how?

i think it was made by opcode or someone else here, I got a server lagger before in which if you press 1 button your camera goes up and watch cars stacking together (first in lspd , second in all saint, etc) every 15 seconds of time it goes to the next location automatically then make the car stack together to make lag again. Like an automatic lagcar troll?
