Example, i use any cleo mod what has animation in it, and when i enable it, only i can see it. What means its not synced, so how to make em sync for others too. Does it depend on opcodes or the way i use them

Are u sure you are not GPCI/range banned ? You should try the GPCI spoofer in CLEO section, u will see it on first page, atleast try. I help u more after u have tested

i had 2nd version of this, but i did keep it private. When i stopped scripting i deleted all my works. In that 2nd version i had fixed many bugs and added counters for kills and replaced the TP location

Well money hack wont work if the server you are playing has  anti cheat what is perfectly based on money hack, no need even perfectly. In some server you may have luck but i havent seen any.

Nope you dont use it in SA:MP, it has no any kind of connection with SA:MP. It just changes your network IP. But when you login with ur banned IP in SA:MP, example: server get's message IP:(86.124.35.12) has connected. Banned But then you turn on VPNgate or whatever IP changer, it will show...
