I turned on some patches like SetPlayerPos etc. then i turned onfootdata and teleported but i didnt get kick, might it be just that SetPlayerPos what did the thing ?

I know what u maybe mean, you do Enable OnFootData, then u maybe do airbreak and go very far or something like that and when u disable onfoot you get kicked/banned. This same happened to me too, Try SetPlayerPos and OnFoot together

So u will get unbanned, why should u then need evade it ? If that IP is banned then u just didnt try hard to change it, it's freaking easy.

Then they have range banned u if u for sure used all kind of VPNs, i think they havent ban all the IPs of VPN programs, so now make new windows user account, move your gta there and unintsall SA:MP, install back for removing some clients, and  for being sure delete GTA San Andreas User files folder

Yeah it does, vehicle cheats, health hacks, wepons, but you need enable them before using. You can also press F12 ingame but still its same, idk maybe it some of those files making the game lag less

Install mod_sa 4.3.3.3 i saw that makes my game lag much less than before, idk reason for that but it worked, u should try before breaking ur PC :D
