This Tools help's you alot if you're testing something it removes the annoying Connection Delay from SA:MP.

It's allowing you to Connect 3 Seconds faster !

Just put the .asi in the Folder Note: You need to have the ASI Loader it comes with CLEO!
60 Game restarts = 60*3 = 180 = 3 Minutes, so you're not wasting your time ;D

Oh really cool 0x688 but it provides a requirement called "msvcr110.dll" for who doesn't have yet to extract in system32 or syswow64 depends the bits the computer has to work the .dll.

Installation instructions:

Extract the .dll file from .zip file. We recommend that you extract the .dll to the installation directory of the program that is requesting the .dll.

If that doesn't work, you will have to extract the .dll to your system directory. By default, this is:
C:WindowsSystem (Windows 95/98/Me)
C:WINNTSystem32 (Windows NT/2000)
C:WindowsSystem32 (Windows XP, Vista, 7, win 8)
If you use a 64-bit version of Windows, you should also place the .dll in C:WindowsSysWOW64
Make sure to overwrite any existing files (but make a backup copy of the original file for safety).
Reboot your computer.

If the problem still occurs, try the following:
Open Windows Start menu and select "Run...".
Type CMD and press Enter (or if you use Windows ME, type COMMAND)).
Type regsvr32 <filename>.dll and press Enter.

Doesn't work, I did installed the "Visual C++ Redistributable for Visual Studio 2012 Update 1"
and put the mrvc100.dll in the GTA Folder, if I connect, it still slowly.

Deutsch:
Fuktioniert nicht, hab "Visual C++ Redistributable für Visual Studio 2012 Update 1" installiert und die
mrvc100.dll in den Ordner gepackt, wenn ich connecte dauert's wie immer 3 Sekunden.
