This is legitimate, this is simply just a bunch of CLEO's I have used that I am mass uploading.

Once you upload I am waiting for some Moderatos to say that everything is legit, else I don't suggest people to download it

Because he uploads stuff that other people have uploaded here already, that's why

No it's fine download the archive and you get them with their activation keys written in .txt in each folders.
Moved to CLEO > RELEASES

Some of them tested, but didn't half of them coz I don't have any idea about activation-deactivation keys

If you can upload the files that you have shown in last picture and Add activiation key.txt too

When are you going to upload the give player hacked knife cleo? It sounds like the perfect thing to get rid of people you don't like.
On this one server I make peoples cars speed to get them banned for speedhacking.

You might need the latest sampfunctions rar package which allows us to run some new cleo scripts.

Actually I tested them again and all of them worked except the guns mod
