This is not a hack. It is for actual players, that wan't to enjoy this game on a roleplay server. :areyoukiddingme:

I wrote this 3 weeks ago. Handles events better than any Keybinder.

It's something but I don't really get your coding if I'm being completely honest the provided github repository code contains a mix of modern c++, old school C ways and I can't really tell if it's a PoC or a in-production thing.

Also 
To use the engine, inject the lua.dll, then the samp-lua.dll. Later I you will only need to copy the samp-lua.asi into your SA:MP directory
Why don't you statically link the Lua library?
