Should be able to open with default SB data you just need to untick "IGNORE UNKNOWN" in the top right cog on sanny. I gather that this source won't be any use to you however.

Edit: Ok I see you guys just want to know the activation well I'm pretty sure it's the "left Windows menu key" + "1", just search for "tire aimbot" if you really want a script like this.
