This cleo throws the nearest occupied vehicle to far in the sky, along with the driver most times, resulting in the player either dying or just fall to a random a bit far place.

Activation : Press P and I pressed together (pronounced aaaaiiiii not fucking L)

Not anymore, apparently they fixed it and made their AC even better... idk what they did, but i can't do shit there anymore, system catches you for almost everything.
