There is a way. Install VPNGATE, connect to a US server and you will be able to access it.

You should try TOR network + OBFS proxy bridge that will try to avoid cenzorship.

1. Download TOR Browser here: https://torproject.org/
2. Then read here about how to use bridges: https://www.torproject.org/docs/bridges.html.en
3. If you have any problems, or it will not work, then we will try to help in some other ways.

EDIT: If those sites of TOR project are blocked, tell us and I will post here complete browser pack + some bridges

Close that, open the VPNGate Relay Servers below and a list of VPN servers will appear, locate the ones with having Region/Location in US and connect.

I have Zenmate for Chrome. I used the Hong Kong location and when I opened hackforums.net, it asked for authentication (captcha) I typed it right but it still showed the error of the forbidden ip and stuff. :bawww:

idk why you want to join hackforums, but some topics there require more reputation points for your account. Basically, hackforums sucks.
