Help Bypass logging in.

I saw a video once where two hackers went in a german reallife server without logging in, since they wasnt logged in the admins couldnt even ban them. Anyone MAYBE knows how that would work?

if it is dialog, just use a command that show a dialog, if rules is in dialog form then type /rules
