Nice :) Can you use 0C63, NOT 0B34 please? I can't do it by my self because you crypted it :|

P.S: You can Freeze Actor Car like that:

Code: 
Actor.LockInCurrentPosition($PLAYER_ACTOR) = True
Player.CanMove($PLAYER_CHAR) = True

After you use /carc, and if you ad this in your cleo, your own car will not move anymore :p
