[Description]
Hey playas! Today I will release this really basic chat flooder/spammer.
It basically spams the chat with the time and the message you tell it
to spam with.
 
[Usage]
-Use /chatflood <MS_VALUE> <MSG> to start flooding!
-Use /chatflood to deactivate!
 
MS_VALUE: The time (in milliseconds) that each message with be written.
MSG: The message you want to spam with (every message after a "space" will not count).

Example: /chatflood 1000 test
This means that every 1 second, the message "test" will appear on the chat.

nice btw suggestion:
add about 3 different messages like I mean you have 3 messages set, /chatflood 1000 to turn it on and set the delay, use the command agan to turn it off
/setflood [slot] [message]
and on the function of spamming, take random min max value from 1 or 0 till max slots and then check the message set in that slot, if that message is not set then it will take any random slot which has message, and then send the message

i better using /.spam, but can you make this faster than 1 msg in 1ms? I using this for rp servers /capture or /mafbizz....
