Cheat Menu HELP

How can I make a cheater menu in dialog, with the cheaters /cbug /spread /spec / killall (I kill everybody around) I tried to do with the mod "kcmds" but I do not know how to convert "cbug" "spec" and "killall" in a single mod.

/cbug 1 or 0 Turn On/Off
/spread 1 or 0 Turn On/Off
/spec [idPlayer]
/killall


Can someone do it for me? please
