Sanny Builder is a tool for building CLEO scripts, it also adds some additional files to CLEO installation which may extend the range of general values.
2. Run a full installation, as administrator if necessary.
3. Install all components within the installation, except CLEO that is bundled with Sanny Builder 3 installation.
TIP: Installing a CLEO (ticking the box) that is bundled with Sanny Builder 3 will install CLEO 3, while you are looking for CLEO 4.

CLEO 4.3 is currently the newest and latest CLEO software, however, as it adds a lot of new functions and possibilities, it also adds a lot of incompatibility with older scripts, thus using CLEO 4.1 is suggested.
5. Run a full installation, as administrator if necessary.
6. Install all components, including the SDK.

This will downgrade your GTA SA version to US 1.0 and apply a patch to the game and the CLEO/Sanny Builder installation to extend it for mods.
8. Access the .rar archive and/or extract it.
9. Copy all the files contained in the archive or extracted folder, replace your files, folders in your GTA San Andreas root directory (usually \Rockstar Games\GTA San Andreas\).

SAMPFUNCS is a plugin for CLEO, Sanny Builder made by FYP. This plugin adds a lot more functions to CLEO, Sanny Builder making more possibilities. As CLEO itself is made for single-player version of the game, SF plugin adds mainly functions for SA-MP.

3. Copy/cut/move SAMPFUNCS v3.2.asi from the archive to your GTA San Andreas root installation folder (usually \Rockstar Games\GTA San Andreas\).

MGFUNCS is a plugin for CLEO, Sanny builder. This plugin adds more opcodes, functions to the core CLEO, Sanny Builder. Most of the opcodes are exclusive to the multiplayer.

3. Open/go to "mgafuncs4_3impossible" folder within the archive.
4.A) Copy/cut/move "CLEO" folder from the archive to your GTA San Andreas root installation directory (usually Rockstar Games\GTA San Andreas\), replace all.

4.B) Open "CLEO" folder and copy everything within it to your GTA San Andreas\CLEO directory (usually \Rockstar Games\GTA San Andreas\).

TIP: Any additional crashes are because a) you're missing a plugin neccessary to run the script, b) you did not install CLEO/Sanny Builder correctly and patched it as in tutorial c) Bad scripting of the .cs file.
