Edit 1: I believe that the reload time is like 3 seconds, but I'm not sure - Is there any way I would modify the reload time?

Basically I'd like a little text on a corner of my screen counting down to zero everytime I do /reply command, and I'd like a possibility to adjust the reload time via .ini or something like that
