What are the server commands? Are the specific coordinates you can do this at? And do you use sampfuncs? Please give clear detail else we can't really understand what you need help with...

There is a cleo that acts the same but needs a marker (so it needs a human to set the marker + input the command frequently), and I want one that just goes up and then flies random across the map if that is possible.

This isn't possible. You cannot really bypass the anti cheat on your server. I may be wrong but with the help of my knowledge i think this isn't possible.

Works the same way just doesn't use the marker. Be sure to set a high altitude like 300 or 600 as it is completely random and you could easily fly into mt chilliad or something (which is like 550).

* Details (add more details to your request): As a bonus feature, if it was possible, could you see a list of cars in your stream (ex: Glendale, Sadler, etc) and click on one to teleport into it? however if that is not possible, just being able to teleport into the nearest car is good
