Restart your PC and/or delete gta_sa.set and/or remove any recently added modifications and/or reinstall GTA San Andreas as well as SA-MP.

Exception at address 0x0040F64C
Permission issue, usually on Windows Vista or Windows 7.
Run SA-MP as Administrator, update to SA-MP 0.3z, if it still occurs rename your GTA SA directory.

Exception at address 0x0074DA25
Permission issue, mostly on Windows Vista.
Run SA-MP as Administrator.

Exception at address 0x0059F8B4
Client failing to load SA-MP objects.
Re-install SA-MP client. Try running the installer as Administrator if using Windows Vista / 7.

Exception at address 0x00544BC8
Too many objects loaded for the client.
Use an object handler/streamer.

Exception at address 0x007ECE69
Bad installation.
Reinstall GTA San Andreas and SA-MP client.

Exception at address 0x77D6E41B
Bad modification install initialised.
Make sure you have all the requirements for the modification or uninstall the modification.

Bad SA-MP load.
Rename your GTA SA folder and/or remove gta_sa.set.

Either attempt to use a streamer or remove your streamer if you already have one.

Bad object loading.
Look above.

Exception at address 0x005DD97C
Bad drivers.
Update all of your drivers and make sure they are compatible with GTA San Andreas/SA-MP.

White loading screen
Bad SA version or a file modified wrongly.
Get US 1.0 gta_sa.exe and/or reinstall GTA SA and SA-MP.

Singleplayer starts instead of multiplayer
Bad executable file.
Look above.

Game simply won't launch
Unknown cause - caused by something with file modifications.
CTRL+ALT+DEL to processes tab, close gta_sa.exe, remove gta_sa.set, restart PC.

Nametags/HP bars not visible
Unsupported graphics card driver.
Either update your graphics driver to the latest or downgrade it until you find a supported version, usually happens on Intel's unit, download here, you need 64bit PC and Windows.

i did everything and it wont help idk why

i did everything and it wont help idk why
I forgot to mention - mods cause it, and sometimes happen out of thin.air, reinstalling CLEO can.also fix this issue.  Oh, yeah, I did mention that. Something you've installed is causing it, also try to disable your antivirus. Had a lot of experience with that one, it's a real bugger.

i removed gta_sa and it work xd
