Death reason is always suicide?

 * Where you saw it (not the server, we mean if you saw any videos/screenshots about it or not): Saw it around on DM servers where everytime I kill them, the reason they died, it was a suicide.
 * What do you want (the most important part, explain this carefully): When I die TO a player, can the reason be a suicide so the inflictor doesn't score for the kill.
 * Details (add more details to your request): It has to do with NOPs and junk I think.
