As I understand, You are using SA-MP 0.3.7-R3 Version, Fake SA-MP Version 0.3.7-R3 function only makes your version 0.3.7-R3, Project version is for SA-MP 0.3.7 R1.
So, you need to use SA-MP 0.3.7 R1
