i installed SA-MP 0.3.7 not R2, R3 or R4, but it just keeps crashing, then i deleted my san andreas folder and installed a new one, installed SA-MP 0.3.7, Cleo 4.3, SAMPFUNCS then the sobeit, but it keeps crashing

Edit : it finally worked, the sobeit crashes with the latest version of SAMPFUNCS 5.4.1 so installed an old one and it works perfectly now, thank you !!!

I know... Using this project is hard to some guys... I have created "Description messages" for F11 menu.

Place crasher? LMAO... Do you mean Player Crashers? I have to think about it.
There is already a nice crasher called "Invalid Low Speed Bullets Crasher"

Only that several server is prohibited, nor does the only one work until then it was Roll crasher only that they corrected this "Invalid Low Speed Bullets Crasher" how do you use it?

Just use some weapon... sawn, m4, ak etc..
