Help Dialog Info and Open it

Hi, can you help me guys, maybe some of you have this kind of mod that show an id of a dialog, then with a command like /rez we can open the dialog like this. i got this video from some discord members.

I don't really know about this code, but i think it just show the dialog id. But how can i execute the dialog like in the video ? so i can repeat it again and again ?
The function i'm looking for is similiar to dialog hider that can show the last dialog. But in this section, is it possible if i want to show dialog based on dialog id and re-execute it ?
