CLEO Help Discord Webhook

Hello comunity, anyone got any idea how can you send live messages to my clan discord server using cleo?
I mean, got a clan on a server, i have build a basic CMD system for it and now i got the idea that i start to save the messages like

CLAN WARN, RANK UP , UNINVITE etc into a .txt file..

The problem is that i got no ideea how to send it straight on the clan discord logs.
