* What do you want (the most important part, explain this carefully) : Hydra there are 2 modes , numpad 8 to fly fast , numpad 2 to fly slow . I want when I press the No. 8 or No. 2 it is passed to another mode immediately (usually have to wait 5s)
* Details (add more details to your request) : Toggle fly immediately (numpad numpad 8 and 2) normal to wait 5s
* On/off key (specify it): Any

i don't think that is possible without any sort of car-fly cleo or speed up game play from sobeit's

what you do is in settings change the > Special ctrl UP/down to key "3" and "4" i will take less time i believe,

but yea if you get a hand on one of the sobeit's from here  in "releases" there ar fly types or car/fly to fly just instant fast and there more option's to it  try it out,
