Frosty VPN

So basically when I turn it on, it changes my IP when I check through www.whatsmyip.org but I am still caught in a range ban, also the blocked websites in my country remain blocked, why is that?

Read above, took months to reply and then this...
Almost every link to VPN download is blocked by my country's government.
