"get shot anim blocker"

So whenever someone shoots u with a  sniper or those semi-automatic guns, there's a stupid ass anim that comes which like stuns u and u cant shoot anymore until it stops, is there a mod to block it? 
sorry fo not using any formats if there were any im too lazy fo dat shi
