Actually, It's a bug someone set your health point while you are in-game, and also you were desynced, so that means you are actually desynced instead of using hack. also did they used /hhcheck on u?
If not, then you are desynced, If yes, you are still desynced, that happened to me also but it was reversed, i was actually bugged/desynced due to somewhat kind of lag, bug in-game
