CLEO Help gpci changer improvement

Is there any gpci changer that changes your gpci only once instead of every login? That would be a huge improvement since now some servers are banning people that change gpci every login.
There was a .asi file in github claiming to do it, but I tested it and it's not working. There's a cleo fully working but changes the gpci every login. There's also a samp directory changer .asi file that would fix do it, but it's not working currently as well.
Can anyone help? That would be a cheat that would make GPCI ban obsolete.

This mod change your GPCI/Serial/ClientID when you join at server. You can look at GPCI when connected on server ugbase.
Some SAMP servers can you ban to ip or clientid.
