Hey Ugbase!

Say goodbye to making new windows accounts!  :forever_hurra:
I noticed that a bunch of people were asking for a GPCI spoofer, or unbanner, and nobody has released one for them. I was also in need of one, so I decided to make one myself!
Just put the CLEO file in your Cleo folder, and start the game. Sampfuncs isn't necessary. If you get GPCI banned again, just restart your game. Thanks to 0x688 for the string location, and NIEX for the explanation.

The only or one of a few factors is your Windows User name.
You can send false information, packets with a few codes that NIEX GAVE OUT.

Wow.... This thread is so popular!
lol jk. I have confirmed this as working; this CLEO does change the string at offset+892368 from module gta_sa.exe. If you don't believe me, please use a disassembler such as CE or Ollydbg to check if it has changed. If this isn't working for you, PLEASE make sure you have the correct gta version,(1.0 U.S.) and also make sure you know what a GPCI ban is. It isn't an IP ban, it's a ban on a hashed path to your gta sa user files directory. If it still isn't working, I might've made a miscalculation in the amount of characters you can put in the string. I will state my algorithm below, and see if you guys can find any flaws I can fix! I'm still inexperienced. =P:
I generate a randomly generated 39 byte string, from 4 different ASCII characters; F,L,A,P.
maybe 39 bytes is too long? idk.
Then, I ask the program to overwrite memory with that string, starting at a base address of 0xC9236C.
The address the string ends at, is 0x00C92392. The script then terminates.

If there is any flaw in this algorithm, please tell me; I will fix it A.S.A.P.

Some servers can ban you not just on IP, but GPCI too (code of your computer - windows user name). Then you can download this cleo mod, which will change your GPCI everytime you reconnect.

Best way to avoid GPCI ban, is to use windows user name "Administrator".
