It was a Macedonian RP server, but he actually did it on CODE5 Cops and Robbers / Resurrection, Vampires-Wolves Roleplay, Italy Mafia Roleplay and Lawless Roleplay.

Its really really really easy. Exploits ftw.
I am not going to tell anyone how to do it. I want it to exist long as possible.

Very simple exploit that have been there since ages and I used it a lot in NGRP. Unfortunately, If we talked about it or released it then it will get patched right away so if you really need to know how to do it then you need to try and figure it out yourself.

My friends the guy who found this said to me it's a samp bug, but you need 2 players for it, so one can send it to the other
