GTA does not start with the d3d9.dll of trollbeit.
The gta_sa.exe process opens, but after a while it closes.
Until a few days ago it worked perfectly, then I installed a mod and I do not it is started. With other d3d9.dlll starts.

What mod?
Try uninstalling the mod and re-running it and tell me if it works.
