Changed my devob.dll to devob.asi (Thanks bart)
Now it's working.
BTW How do I go back fullscreen, do I have to remove the devob?

What is your operating system? Does sa-mp throw exception window with crash address? If so you guys can post crash log here, it should help finding what the issue is.

You should try and run samp without samp functions and see if crash still occurs. Also try to run gta only, without sa-mp, multiple times.

I didn't test it with other mods like s0beit and cleos. Most of the mods/cheats/cleos are probably designed in a way not supporting multiple instances of GTA.
