I made a CLEO animation mod an year ago then I stopped playing SA-MP and deleted it. Now, I forgot how I made it and don't remember much.
It was a HANDCUFF mod which used "24, SPECIAL_ACTION_CUFFED" this animation. When I typed '/cuffme' on chat, it would apply handcuffed animation on my character and if I typed it again, it would stop the animation.
If anyone can help me write it or make it for me, it will solve my problem.
