Hello guys! I updated the old project i made like couple years ago. In here i have used blackhats snippet for peds.

Activation: Insert.  Remember to be in car while you do this. You will anyway get msg if you ain't in car so, go have fun! Im not petty  sure is it fully synced but test it out!

This cheat makes opponent car go like crazy, it will teleport it to random place and boom it!

I hope your not another guy with a 512 MB ram and 32 MB vram, intregated or dedicated graphic card..

Anyways explosions arent synced (just telling incase you dont know)
I have a way to make explosions synced but its actually something else and limited
and it seems like u were angry while coding?

I currently use MAC and samp works perfectly for me with wine. Also the cleo. The end.
