Help in adding a feature to this MOD for GTA SA

I found a plane camera mod for GTA San Andreas. In GTA V, the camera is fixed behind the plane when flying. This Cleo mod replicates that, but I want it so that when I hold the Caps Lock button, I can move the camera, and when I release the Caps Lock button, it goes back to its original position.

I have no experience in Cleo modding so this is i came here for help i tried asking a friend of mine to code it but he just made something that crashed my game and he is not too good at Cleo modding.

I found a plane camera mod for GTA San Andreas, where in GTA V, the camera is fixed behind the plane while flying. This CLEO mod replicates that feature, but I want to modify it. Specifically, I want the camera to remain fixed behind the plane by default, but when I hold the Caps Lock button, I should be able to move the camera. Once I release the Caps Lock button, the camera should return to its original position.

I have no experience with CLEO modding, so I’m asking for help here. I tried asking a friend to code it for me, but what he made caused my game to crash, and he’s not very experienced with CLEO modding either.

By the way, I was wondering if you could, only if you have the time, modify the cam so that it disconnects from that straight angle. This would allow the cam to function like a normal plane cam while holding the Caps Lock. I don’t want to put any pressure on you or seem picky, as I know coding can be challenging, and I appreciate the effort that goes into creating mods. Anyways Thank you for the mod

If you ever want to implement this, here’s an example: This is a mouse flight mod that lets players control their plane's movements using the mouse. When you hold down the Caps Lock key, it pauses the controls, allowing you to look around and adjust your camera. Once you release the Caps Lock key, the movement control will resume.
