Help [HELP] RakSAMP 0.3x - !reconnect Flood?

Hello,
Sorry if my English is quite horrendous, however I'm of Italian nationality and I use Google translator, because my English is literally sucks.
I downloaded RakSAMP for the version 0.3x of GTA San Andreas MultiPlayer and working properly. I want to know, however, how to create a cycle of a single function, using !reconnect, so as to make out and let the user continuously.

Since raksamp for 0.3d there were functions from eiders private raksamp, they just weren't listed try writing !join or !reg
