There are tons of booters and stresser on the web, they aren't for free, by the way Distributed Denial of Service aka DDoS isn't a CLEO mod. It's sending a loads of connections to one server and it will crash/lag there is one free booter wich is pretty weak but you can try it!

You can make your own stresser/booter, you just need to buy a good vps instead buy to others becacuse there are most of stressers are famous which have good powerful to hit but those stressers are used to much by people so that means the power will decrease of the each server is running, so you will not be able to hit between 1,5GBPS.
