CLEO Help I NEED HELP!

IM FUCKING TIRED, just installed Surfly of opcodeexe y tried it and all good, but NOW i deleted it from my CLEO folder and if i press Alt + X it get enabled again, i dont fucking understand what happen, for real!!

I need to get off that thing from my GTA ): please help, i just want to uninstall that shit damn

Reinstall samp and dont use cleo mods anymore, they are just cancer

Drop that Surfly here, somebody will check the code, that cleo might create other files that keeps running process even if you delete main file.
