CLEO Release Infobar

Description: A series of script to render thin (below) some information.
Activation:
/ireload - reload the settings from the .ini;
/infobar - enable / disable the infobar.


Setting: .cs file to throw in the CLEO folder, .ini file in the INI folder.

Customization: Customize the .ini or through command /iset [parameter] [value], available options are:
/iset font *FontName* - name of the font;
/iset flags *flags* - font settings;
/iset textcolor *color* - text color;
/iset backcolor *color* - background color;
/iset bordercolor *color* - stroke color;
Color point in 0x ARGB format!
