How do i enable example  ShowPlayerDialog  patch in  mod_sa,  How do i enable it in that File, not in game, in file.

sampPatch[] = "BOOBS"      &0 0 0x80085 "" "C0"

RED = KEY = F2, F3, F4, np0-9 etc. &0 = null, no key.
GREEN = ON/OFF from start = 1/0
